Q. Is there a deposit payable
when making a booking?
A. No. We do not charge a deposit for
your booking, so if it rains and we need to cancel your
booking it won't cost you a penny.

Q. What time can we have the
inflatable delivered?
A. Any time you like, depending on our
schedule, book early for your pick of delivery slots.

Q. Can I hire a bouncy castle for my wedding
reception?
A. Yes, you can hire for any occasion
you wish, there may be an extra charge for hire after 5pm,
so for evening receptions, please ask about our wedding
packages.

Q. How do I make a booking?
A.
Simply contact us via the information on this website and
check our availability, we will then provisionally book the
castle of your choice for 7 days. You will be sent all the
necessary paperwork immediately, once this is completed and
returned to us, your booking will be confirmed with you.

Q. Why should I hire a
bouncy castle from Totally Bouncy?
A. All our inflatables are made in the
UK with top quality materials to ensure they perform to a
high standard. You will also receive a hassle free service
from our friendly, family run company. We are also fully
insured for your safety.

Q. Why should I
hire an inflatable from a company who is a member of the
British Inflatables Hirers Association (BIHA)?
A. Members of the BIHA our bound by a
code of conduct, the members share important
information regarding various aspects of inflatable related
topics. These two things ensure that a professional and
quality service is offered.

Q. What days can
I hire?
A. You can hire from us any day of the year. Certain days
may incur an extra charge. It may also be necessary to
deliver your inflatable the day before (at no extra cost),
this will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Q. What can I do if the
rental location doesn't have an electrical supply, like a
field or playground?
A. We can supply you with a generator
to power up to two castles at the same time. Due to the
maintenance and extra cost to purchase a generator there
will be a small extra charge for this service which will
depend on the event information, date etc.

Q. What happens
if it rains on the day of hire?
A. We understand that the weather in the UK can be very
unpredictable and therefore if the weather is bad on the day
of your function, we will happily cancel your booking and
you will not be charged a penny. If it is raining prior to
delivery, we will contact you by telephone to discuss what
you would like to do. We will not install a castle in
anything worse than a light shower, this is for the safety
of your party.

Q. What does the
hire charge include?
A. We will deliver, install and test all equipment prior to
use. We will also answer any questions you may have and we
will be on-call for the period of your hire (just in case).
We also assess the best and safest location to install your
castle and ensure that any cables are routed as safely as
possible to minimise any risk of tripping. We always supply
safety mats with all castles.
